GERETTA Consult Plc is a privately owned architectural and engineering consultancy firm, registered and giving service in Ethiopia since June 1997 (G.C.). Over the years, the office have been steadily expanding and diversifying to become a category 1 firm, mainly by being involved in architectural and engineering designs ranging from residential, commercial, public architecture to urban design projects. Geretta have designed a number of projects within and outside Ethiopia, participated on various design competitions and won different projects and prizes. Our permanent staff, more than 60 in number, who provide the foundation on which the company can move forward, is composed of professional architects, structural, sanitary, mechanical, electrical engineers, and quantity surveyors, who have extensive experience and knowledge in their respective fields.
Design Process
At GERETTA Consult, Design process starts by determining requirements of the client related to the project to be designed. Clients could specify requirements that their building design should fulfill, or they could seek our assistance. Whenever there are requirements not stated by our clients but necessary for the specific building design, GERETTA will always include such. At GERETTA Consult, effective arrangements for communicating with clients are always implemented as part of the design process. Our clients have the opportunity for enquires and feedbacks during the design process. The whole design shall always be done through the participation of the client on various stages of the design. Our manner of presentation for our clients is high quality and very informative, where the end product makes our customers and the community in the built area satisfied.
